Prices

The prices are non-negotiable.

Cancellation & Deadline

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Please use the contact form or email (kontakt@josefinereider.de) for this purpose. Afterward, the right of withdrawal applies.
Digital products are excluded from exchange or refund.

Payment Method

Purchases through the online shop are accepted via PayPal or prepayment. Your order will only be processed after the payment is received.

Production and Delivery Time

5-7 business days.

Digital products will be available for download after the purchase is completed.

Returns

For returns, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. The seller may request proof of the return. The product must be unused/unworn.

In case of defects or faults in the product, please use the contact form below and provide proof of the issue.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify me (Josefine Reider, email: kontakt@josefinereider.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., by a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Please always include a note with your return indicating who is sending the product back (preferably with the withdrawal form).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I am obliged to refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day I receive your notification of withdrawal. I will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction. Please note that you will bear the cost of returning the goods. I may require proof that the goods have been sent back. If the goods are returned in a used or damaged condition that excludes them from resale, I reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss of value. The amount of compensation depends on the specific circumstances of each case.

Disclaimer

Liability for Content
